TRUTH VS LIES



A lie indicates the hidden presence of fear. 

An avoidance of accountability.

A tactical coverup both to deceive another and to run away from or get away with the consequences of such or other negative action.

Any way you look at it, it is not upright. Or Is it?

It is based on a distortion of the truth or facts.

It is quite different from a positive and necessary withholding or regulation of vital information.

It is different from caution based on truth and facts.

Lying is not being wise.

Craftiness is not true wisdom.

It is rather serpentine wisdom.

And it is the wisdom of this world.

True children of God don’t operate that way.

They even confess their transgressions, if any.

Above all, they share the facts of the Gospel.

They tell the truth—in love, grace and humility.

Grace and peace to all God’s elect.

  Do we have genuine connections? I’ll give a quick definition of the word supplant. So I can dwell more on the concept of support. To supplant means to take the place of, to displace, to replace or to undermine.  To support is to be actively interested in and concerned for the success of a person or thing, for example: supporting a particular sports team. It also means to provide assistance to, or give approval, comfort, or encouragement to.  It is a product of goodwill and belief in someone or something.  Many of us support different football teams which we gladly and passionately refer to as “our teams”.
