FAITH, FIRE AND ACTION
Stop peddling fear to men as if Satan seniors God.
Or is Satanás superior to your own god? Tell us.
If God wants you to hide, please hide very well.
If God tells you to run, then ran as fast as you can.
But if He says stand still or go forward, just do it!
The default is to trust God and know His will/word.
Don’t be ignorant of God’s truth/will and claim it is faith—no, no!
As Luther the German priest and theologian wrote:
“Faith is a living, daring confidence in God's grace, so sure and certain that a man could stake his life on it a thousand times."
As RC Sproul the American theologian rightly said:
“Faith and reason are symbiotic. Faith without reason is not authentic biblical faith but credulity.”
As John Lennox the Northern Irish mathematician, bioethicist and Christian apologist wittingly wrote:
“Faith is not a leap in the dark; it's the exact opposite. It's a commitment based on evidence.”
As I simply like to say:
“Faith is not a leap into the dark but a walk in light.”

Elijah the Israelite prophet who confronted wicked rulers and false prophets was a real man of God who believed in the true God.
He was not afraid that God would fail.
He didn’t doubt God’s ability or integrity.
He didn’t try to help God’s perceived inadequacy.
He knew that he wasn’t serving a feeble Deity.
He prayed a simple prayer to God.
No much talk, no gyrations, no drama.
Just a simple prayer to Almighty God.
HalleluYah!
He even poured water (four large jars) three times on the altar of wood and bull offering.
He did it to ‘unhelp’ God.
And to clear any doubts about what God can do.
If God’s fire could be stopped by man’s water?
Then so be it! Man will have to ‘ungod’ God.
Let the God that answers by fire be the real God.
Everyone will fear and worship that very God.
No partiality. No sentiment. No prejudice.
You know what happened.
Fire fell down. No gimmicks. No special effects.
Pure blazing divine flame that licked up everything on the altar—bull, wood, water, stone and dust.
Do well to read the full story in the comments.

As Daniel the ancient Jewish prophetic scholar and government adviser/administrator in Babylon wrote:
“The people who know their God shall be strong and shall do exploits.”
And as Shakespeare the prolific English playwright and poet is attributed to have brilliantly said:
“Action is eloquence.
