BEING CHRISTIAN

Being a Christian does not mean being the wealthiest or healthiest or most popular.

Read your Bible to see if this is the case.

You are not Moses or Daniel or Esther.

Although we may learn from them.

Well, maybe you’re Moses—lucky you!

Hope you can go through what he did.

That wilderness experience, yeah?

Also telling Pharaoh to let God’s people go?

Alright now.

And maybe you are a public administrator

In the government of a heathen state.

Like Daniel, been to the lion’s den yet?

Or, you may be yet another Esther.

All hail the pageant-winning queen!

Sure you can do what she did?

“If I perish, I perish” kinda feat?

Perhaps you can. Good for you o!

But everyone can’t be in all those roles.

“In whatever socioeconomic state you are when God called you to salvation, you may just remain in it—whether circumcised or not, freeman or servant, single, married, widowed or divorced, etc.”

Salvation is not a mixed package that comes with earthly benefits, necessarily—not exactly.

That is a lie or distortion of the pure Gospel truth.

(You heard it here—too). Just as a witness.

Anyways, tell me honestly. (Will you?)

Are you really about the objective truth or you’re subscribing to ‘salvation’ because of earthly stuff?

Are you interested in walking with God, receiving instructions from Him, or obeying His word?

Looks like most just want to use anything, any power, any source, any means that can give them a so-called good life here on Earth and then damn Eternity.

“Let us eat and drink today for tomorrow we ð!ě.”

But what do I know?

I pray we see the light (the true light) and receive the love of God deep within our hearts and minds.

Irrespective of our earthly estate.

Abientot, papa!
