THE LAMB IS THE KING

Image
The Lamb is the Lion of Judah The Lamb of God that was slain  They didn’t know His spiritual identity They saw a carpenter, a commoner They saw a lamb—feeble, fragile, frail They saw quiet and muted mini-animal  They saw a man without connections They saw a fellow isolated from others  They saw a man abandoned by friends  They viewed a man without loved ones They saw a man deserted by disciples They saw a weak and vulnerable one  They saw an easy prey; they closed in They entered the trap that was set Those who set up had been set up They knew He had power with God They saw He had favor with God They heard Him speak God’s truth They saw Him express God’s love They deemed it a contradiction  They couldn’t comprehend Him They concluded He was a fraud They hoped that they were right They presumptuously slayed Him They framed and accused Him badly They were tools in the hands of Satan  They didn’t know what they were doing In their pride and hardness, they...

THE LAW OF CHRIST

Image
“The Law of Christ is Love.” Godly Love.  “God is Love.” Holy Love. Perfect Love. The above (in quotation) are biblical truth.  This kind of Love is the fruit of the Spirit of Christ and of the recreated or regenerated human spirit.   Truth, Justice and Mercy are attributes of this Love.  This Love is the Life and Walk in the Spirit of God. Unlike most of the religious Pharisees back then in the early and earthly days of Jesus who knew the letter of the Law so well but didn’t have (and thus weren’t led by) the Spirit of God—because they were truly (spiritually) disconnected from God.  Death in its spi...

DEBORAH, DELILAH AND DESTINY

Image
In the tapestry of Scripture, few contrasts shine as sharply as the lives of Deborah and Delilah—two women who walked the same era, yet carved destinies that could not be more different.  Their stories echo across generations as reminders of the profound power of influence and the enduring weight of character. Deborah stands tall in the pages of history—judge, prophetess, mother in Israel.  Under the shade of her palm, wisdom flowed like a river; leaders sought her counsel, and nations found clarity.  Anointed by God, she rose not by charm nor manipulation, but by divine conviction. Her voice stirred courage in the heart of Barak, her presence rallied a nation, and her obedience ushered in deliverance.  She lived yielded, purposeful, aligned—her legacy sealed in a victorious song that still reverberates through time. Delilah, by contrast, moved in another spirit.  Known for allure but devoid of divine anchor, she wielded influence not to uplift but to undo....
