GREATEST EVENT IN WORLD HISTORY

 


Let me use this day to reiterate the Scriptural truth of the Resurrection: that Christ rose physically from the dead!

First let me say that, churchgoers mostly emphasize the Resurrection of Christ almost only on a particular day in the whole year, and mostly as a recurring religious ritual, rite, ceremony or celebration. 

However, believers should talk about it everyday or any day because of its utmost significance as the most important event in the history of this world. 

It signifies a whole lot! It calls for the highest joy!

That any man who is in Christ will live again forever! 

The bodies of believers will rise again unto eternal life after physical death. We will be given heavenly, immortal bodies that can live in the Kingdom of Heaven.

“For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.” (1 Corinthians 15:53-55)

This Resurrection is so important. 

So eternally significant and pivotal.

In its true Scriptural context, it’s really not about the resurrection of one’s so-called “de.ad” finances, health, marriage or things of this material life.

Christ spoke these very words about Himself: “I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in Me will live even if he dies, and everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die—ever.” (John 11:25-26)

Christ died for a reason: to pay for our sins.

Christ rose for a reason: to conquer death for us.

This is the True Gospel of Jesus Christ. 

We should proclaim it every other day of the year when we share the Gospel of Christ: His death, burial and resurrection. 

It is the indicative climax of the Great Salvation Plan of YHWH, the LORD God Almighty revealed in Christ the Savior, Redeemer and soon-coming Everlasting King! 

CHRIST IS THE RESURRECTION.

CHRIST IS LIFE.

Do you really believe this?!

To know Christ is to have Everlasting Life!

It is a big deal. The biggest deal ever! 

That’s why the Gospel is very important.

Gospel actually means GOOD NEWS.

This is God’s GOOD NEWS for fallen man.

This is God’s Great Plan for Mankind.

This is God’s Master Plan: Salvation. 

YESHUA died, was buried and rose again according to the Scripture for the punishment and propitiation of sins for sinners; and the justification and glorification of saints before HOLY GOD!

GLORY BE TO GOD!

SCRIPTURE IS INERRANT AND SUFFICIENT

  The Holy Scripture is inerrant and sufficient. Inerrant simply means incapable of being wrong. Sufficient of course means enough or adequate. To deny the inerrancy of Scripture is to call into question and cast doubt on the God revealed in the Scripture, on Christ who died, rose and is coming back as Judge and King, and on man’s salvation from eternal damnation which is solely based on the Cross and Work of Christ, the Word of God.  Scripture is either true or the God of the Bible, who is the God of love and righteousness, mercy and justice, grace and truth, revealed by and in the Lord Jesus Christ as “Our Father who is in Heaven” is not real but a fable or figment of man's imagination.  The Bible is the absolute truth of God.
