FALSE CHRISTIANITY


LOVE IS THE FRUIT OF TRUE CHRISTIANITY 

The Lord Jesus Christ made a powerful point with the Pharisee and taught a lingering lesson from the Levite in the story of the Samaritan: love is the true and pure ‘religion’ that God requires. 

Confirmed by Christ when He was asked what the greatest law was, love for God and for our fellow humans is the greatest law of God and the summation and summary of all the laws of God.

Paul, the apostle of Christ to the Gentile world, made an insightful conclusion in his letter to the church in Corinth: knowledge puffs up but love builds up.

He also wrote a famous chapter on love in which emphatically stated that every form of knowledge, ability, spirituality, service, sacrifice or giving done without love is completely useless.

In other words, everything said to be “spiritual or religious” is spiritually devoid of life, bereft of value, empty, barren and fruitless.

It is like planting a seed and nurturing it for several years into a huge tree so that it can produce lots of fruits only for it to be completely fruitless. 

That means, without the true love of God, there is absolutely no “fruit” in anything referred to as Christian life or walk and Christian service or work. 

So, any Christianity without love is fruitless.

Love is the fruit of true Christianity.

Thus, Christianity without love is false Christianity. 

In the same view, self-styled ministers of Christ who do not have and operate in the Love of God but pray and plan evil against their enemies are false ministers or false servants of Christ.

They do not accurately represent the True Christ. 

They do not have the Spirit of Christ or the Fruit of Christ which is Love. 

Therefore, men who claim to be representatives of God or Christ but have no love are false Christs.

  What is Worship? Worship is reverential adoration and devotion. It is the deeply embedded heart attitude and habitual practice of holding highest regard, giving supreme adulation, paying unparalleled homage, rendering foremost service or according topmost dedication to someone or something.  Human beings were designed to worship. This means, we are all naturally wired to be devoted to something or someone we reckon or perceive to be most grandiose or to be the greatest Thing or Being worthy of our keenest attention, truest affection, deepest love and highest loyalty. SCRIPTURE IS INERRANT AND SUFFICIENT

  The Holy Scripture is inerrant and sufficient. Inerrant simply means incapable of being wrong. Sufficient of course means enough or adequate. To deny the inerrancy of Scripture is to call into question and cast doubt on the God revealed in the Scripture, on Christ who died, rose and is coming back as Judge and King, and on man’s salvation from eternal damnation which is solely based on the Cross and Work of Christ, the Word of God.  Scripture is either true or the God of the Bible, who is the God of love and righteousness, mercy and justice, grace and truth, revealed by and in the Lord Jesus Christ as “Our Father who is in Heaven” is not real but a fable or figment of man's imagination.  The Bible is the absolute truth of God. Albeit misunderstood and misused by so many in the false profession and practice of Christian religion for inglorious purposes and transient benefits, the Bible is essentially about the Gospel of Christ, which is the power of God unto salvation to everyone
