THREE TYPES OF PEOPLE
Taking our analogy from the tree, the different types of people you will encounter in life can be described as either leaves, branches or roots.
You can be described as one of these too.
Let’s look at their individual characteristics.
1. THE LEAVES
People who are your life just for a season.
You don’t rely on them because they are fickle.
They only come to take what they want.
When the wind comes (because it surely will), they will take off, fall off or fade away.
You need to be wary of these people because they act like they love you when things are going well.
They are loud about everything they do for you.
But when things get a little shaky, they leave you.
Like leaves, there are many of this type of people.
2. THE BRANCHES
They are more reliable and useful people, but you also need to be cautious about them.
They can be helpful and productive for a period as long as they are getting huge retuns from you.
However, they break away when life becomes really tough, as they can't handle much responsibility.
They may stay with you for longer seasons and be mutually beneficial, provoding you with some fruit from what you give to them but they will go away suddenly when the times becomes very stormy.
Like branches, there are fewer of this type of folks.
3. THE ROOTS
These type of people are very great and formidable characters who are tested and trusted.
They don't do things to be seen or applauded.
They are people with sincerity of purpose.
They are genuinely supportive of you irrespective of the season or circumstance of life.
Infact, it is when you’re going through difficult times that they will stand strong for you.
They will be there for you through thick and thin to support and help stabilize you.
They are unwavering in loyalty and support.
They truly love you and never want to see you fall.
Not everyone who you invest in or have something close with will stay loyal as your ride and d!3.
Only solid and root-type people will stay.
Like roots, there are a handful of this type.
May you be such to someone or some people.
May you also find, recognize and build with such.
Most importantly, let God be your tap root.
Grace and peace to you!
