IS IT TRUE LOVE?


Erotic love can make us act silly sometimes.

It can make us create in our minds an overblown image of someone who isn’t that extremely heroic, angelic or grandiose after all. 

It can make us imagine certain crazy scenarios.

After you have been cured of the temporal mental instability and the acute emotional illness, you will realize that the person is an ordinary human being with both good and bad (or poor) qualities.

They are not really the purest of angels like that.

It was your mind and emotions that blew them out of proportion.

The person you love in that irrational way is even puzzled and shocked at all that your exaggerated display and idealistic disposition towards them.

They may also be very uneasy with the whole thing.

That person who you think is an angel knows within themselves that they have their own real flaws.

They can see that you’re just tripping on infatuation because true love is not oblivious of the flaws.

Infact, true love sees everything (the whole works) yet it is still positively disposed towards the other.

However, infatuation is oblivious to the reality and obsessed in an unhealthy and self-harming way. 

True love never d!3s. It is a spiritual or godly force.

It sacrifices, elevates, validates and supports.

True love is selflessly benevolent and beneficial.

It helps, gives, enhances and encourages.

It inspires, motivates, strengthens and develops.

It corrects, chides and rebukes where necessary.

It forgives—may not necessarily bond afterwards, depending on intensity and consistency of toxicity.

Infatuation on the other hand is fickle and unstable.

Matter of fact, it can evaporate in an instant.

It can also turn to hateful resentment.

It is lustful and unreasonable.

That’s not true love!

So, sexual desire is not love—absolutely not. 

You can lust after the banging body of someone who you don’t know at all, not even their name.

You can be drawn into deeply erotic situations through sensual stimulation.

But you cannot love someone who you don’t know and who you have not chosen or decided to love.

DESTROY THIS TEMPLE

  "Destroy this sanctuary, and in three days I will raise it up."   The words of the Lord Jesus to the dangerous and conniving religious leaders of His day who sought to kill Him and thus to silence the Truth of Yahweh (YHWH). He said this in reply to their demand for a miraculous sign in query of the authority He had to chase the money changers and merchandise sellers from the Temple just after He had cleared the Temple of these economic profiteering activities in the (falsely) religious space.  This same Christ who is the Truth gave His Word and Spirit of Truth to His Apostles who, as He had done, also bore witness to the Truth even with their lives and passed the same Truth down to the Church, which is the Body of Christ, who is the Only Head of His One Body. THE ETHICAL BEAST

A beast is an animal, especially a large or dangerous four-footed one. A wild animal. A beast is also a domestic animal, especially a bovine (meaning, relating to cattle) farm animal.
