PEACE LOVERS

There are two kinds of people in this discourse.

The peace-lovers and the trouble-mongers.

Beyond charm, charisma or projected persona.

Some people naturally and intrinsically create, promote and inspire peace and harmony.

They look for ways to resolve issues that arise.

They provide genuine solutions to problems.

They are inclined toward peace and progress in any environment and situation they find themselves.

These are the real MVPs and unsong superstars.

However, there are some individuals who always foment trouble and thrive off being troublesome.

Even when there is no problem, they create one.

Some do this secretly and behind the scenes.

They engineer discord and other social decay.

They sow seeds of hatred, suspicion and distrust.

They facilitate the breakdown of relationships.

Again, most of this serpentine activity is done discreetly with great stealth and subtlety.

Really, this toxic trait or obnoxious behavior may be a symptom of a greater or deeper psychological (that is, mental and emotional) problem or malady, originating from upbringing or past experiences.

Indeed, beyond what they say or the image they present, some people actually enjoy trouble.

It’s a very warped kind of affection and attitude.

They desire, attract, produce or promote chaos.

They deeply crave for and take delight in ‘wahala’.

Pray not to have troublesome people in your space or worse still in your life. Avoid them by all means.

Blessed are the peaceful or peace-loving people who can calm the tension or who can ease frayed nerves and who can help resolve potential conflicts.

Happy is the man or woman who is blessed with such an amazing person for a spouse or partner.

This is a very important and meaningful life skill.

Painful and regrettable it is be a person or to have a partner who exacerbates problems, aggravates brewing tensions, causes issues to degenerate and makes bad situations worse than they already are.

Truly, wisdom is profitable to guide and direct.

Emotional intelligence and maturity go a long way.

Remember these powerful words of blessedness:

“Blessed are the peacemakers, because they will be called sons of God.” (Matthew ch5 v9).
