DOCTRINAL IMPURITY

 


As the Lord is sanctifying His people from all forms of remaining sin (sins of the body, of the heart and unrenewed mindsets), sanctification or spiritual growth is not exclusively about sin (known/obvious sins and inner sins of the heart). 

One great work God is doing these last days in His True Church corporately and individually is purifying or sanctifying His Elect from the present gross impurity in doctrine: the mixture of Christian theology with all kinds of extra-biblical beliefs, teachings, worldviews and practices including New Age concepts, Mysticism, Metaphysics, traditional religions, man-made philosophy and such pollutions contrary to sound doctrine or spiritual truth that is in Christ alone.

The Lord Jesus Christ is washing and cleansing His Bride in readiness for His Imminent Return so that He will present Her to Himself glorious.

"...that He might sanctify the church, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word [of God], so that [in turn] He might present the church to Himself in glorious splendor, without spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that she would be holy [set apart for God] and blameless." (Ephesians 5:26,27)

"The sheep that are My own hear My voice and listen to Me; I know them, and they follow Me. And I give them eternal life, and they will never, ever [by any means] perish; and no one will ever snatch them out of My hand." (John 10:27,28)

Those who are the Lord's flock will recognize His work of sanctification and separation in their personal lives. He will work on His very own. 

Indeed, the Lord knows those that are His. 

His sheep hear His voice and will follow Him.

They have heard Christ in their spirit call them to walk in His light, in His path of grace and truth, to His life of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit, and to self-denial and spirituality.

“Follow me!”

They will not follow a stranger or strange fire. 

They are loyal to God's Truth over and above man's tradition. They can do none other. 

They are bondservants of Christ.

For them, it is Christ alone, according to Scripture alone, to the glory of God alone.

  What is Worship? Worship is reverential adoration and devotion. It is the deeply embedded heart attitude and habitual practice of holding highest regard, giving supreme adulation, paying unparalleled homage, rendering foremost service or according topmost dedication to someone or something.  Human beings were designed to worship. This means, we are all naturally wired to be devoted to something or someone we reckon or perceive to be most grandiose or to be the greatest Thing or Being worthy of our keenest attention, truest affection, deepest love and highest loyalty. SCRIPTURE IS INERRANT AND SUFFICIENT

  The Holy Scripture is inerrant and sufficient. Inerrant simply means incapable of being wrong. Sufficient of course means enough or adequate. To deny the inerrancy of Scripture is to call into question and cast doubt on the God revealed in the Scripture, on Christ who died, rose and is coming back as Judge and King, and on man’s salvation from eternal damnation which is solely based on the Cross and Work of Christ, the Word of God.  Scripture is either true or the God of the Bible, who is the God of love and righteousness, mercy and justice, grace and truth, revealed by and in the Lord Jesus Christ as “Our Father who is in Heaven” is not real but a fable or figment of man's imagination.  The Bible is the absolute truth of God. Albeit misunderstood and misused by so many in the false profession and practice of Christian religion for inglorious purposes and transient benefits, the Bible is essentially about the Gospel of Christ, which is the power of God unto salvation to everyone
