LONG LIFE



God cannot be mocked. 

Stop playing games with Him.

Stop playing games with the lives of people.

Stop taking undue advantage of others and wrecking whole lives and communities for your selfish interests.

Stop it! 

This is a divine call. You heard it. Will you ignore?

Then so shall you be ignored by God when you call.

Leadership is a sacred trust. So is marriage.

So is parenting. So is friendship. So is life.

Financial prosperity is a blessing but not always so.

Long life is a blessing but not absolutely so.

Ask Jesus.

Do your assignment, no matter how small.

Even if it is making a post, writing or saying something. (Ours is a digitalized and digitized destiny)

Even if they don’t remember your name, like Thaddaeus. (He was one of the Twelve Apostles, by the way).

So long life and prosperity are not the exclusive preserve of the good or the just—the wīcked and unjust also enjoy the selfsame privileges.

No jokes.

Now listen to this carefully: 

Long life is not necessarily a blessing or a flex especially for the wīcked.

Moreso for wīcked leaders in any sphere.

Fact is, it is an indictment that they were so lavishly and generously given more opportunity to do the right thing in their own lifetime but they didn’t.

They despised the privilege of life as a gift and an opportunity to do good and to serve humanity.

In their selfishness and corruption, they cornered the resources of the masses for themselves.

They let little children perish in hunger.

They sent young girls to the streets to be ravished.

They stripped young men of their productivity.

They destroyed the beauty of community.

They eroded the dignity of their society.

They destabilized the destinies they were entrusted to lead, serve, protect, preserve and provide for.

They failed God and mankind.

They had the power and delegated authority from God over their fellow human beings.

What a great privilege!

But only for a predetermined time and tenure.

What exactly and genuinely did they do with it?

The records are intact, stored in vaults beyond the Cloud and the clouds—digital and natural.

So what then?

To whom much is given, by way of time, treasure, talent, resources or opportunity, much is required.

Take inventory of your responsibility as a leader.

Yes, as a person but as a leader especially.

You are a manager of privilege in your own space.

So whatever opportunity and privilege you have?

Don’t wait till your dēäthbed to ask for forgiveness.

That sly format has casted. So don’t be that silly!

Again, God cannot be mocked.

  Do we have genuine connections? I’ll give a quick definition of the word supplant. So I can dwell more on the concept of support. To supplant means to take the place of, to displace, to replace or to undermine.  To support is to be actively interested in and concerned for the success of a person or thing, for example: supporting a particular sports team.
