RESPECT & CONFIDENCE

Men, Bros and Kings,

Respect isn’t necessarily about being bossy.

Confidence is not about being carelessly loud.

It is about being certain, calm and collected.

It is about your carriage and comportment.

It’s about communicating clearly and articulately.

If you’re quiet, you can still command respect and also influence people without saying too much.

The strongest men speak with their actions, and when they speak, they speak with meaning.

They do not blab with words just to be heard.

Own your words as well as your silence.

Maintain good and healthy eye contact.

Don’t be a menace and don’t be intimidating.

Be regal, noble, loyal and courteous.

Speak when it’s necessary to speak.

Deploy your body language constructively.

Smile, nod, use the appropriate facial expressions and use non-verbal gestures rightly to communicate what you actually mean.

Do not give mixed signals.

Be clear and concise in your communication.

Be a great listener. Listen to understand.

Set boundaries. Not everything goes.

Don’t let negativity and tøxicity grow.

Let your actions buttress your words.

Stay composed under pressure.

Be knowledgeable. Be exposed.

Read. Learn. Listen. Watch. Observe.

Work with valid information not biases.

Be thoughtful and considerate.

Be respectful and courageous.

Be accountable and responsive.

Be yourself but your best version.

Be growing, maturing and improving.

Engage with purpose in endeavors.

If you disappoint, you must appear before the council of brotherhood and explain why you have decided to disgrace everybody!

Best regards.

Respect!
