THE LAW OF CHRIST




“The Law of Christ is Love.” Godly Love. 

“God is Love.” Holy Love. Perfect Love.

The above (in quotation) are biblical truth. 

This kind of Love is the fruit of the Spirit of Christ and of the recreated or regenerated human spirit.  

Truth, Justice and Mercy are attributes of this Love. 

This Love is the Life and Walk in the Spirit of God.

When we do things contrary to this Life (as we may sometimes do), we are acting out of character and the Holy Spirit of our Heavenly Father cautions and corrects us with His Truth, which are all done in Love.

This is a core difference between man’s religiosity and God’s spirituality: the rich, real, relevant and robust ministry of the Holy Spirit of the Living God.

Unlike most of the religious Pharisees back then in the early and earthly days of Jesus who knew the letter of the Law so well but didn’t have (and thus weren’t led by) the Spirit of God—because they were truly (spiritually) disconnected from God. 

Death in its spiritual sense (the truest sense) is essential and vital separation from the True God.

Same as darkness—absence of the Light of God.

Christ is the Light of Life. The Savior of mankind. 

He is the Way, the Truth and the Life.

He is Light and Truth—if only we can behold Him.

Darkness and deception can’t comprehend Him.

But even in our darkness, He shines His Light.

He beckons us come. He resurrects from death.

The Spirit and Truth of God recreates the spirit of a man and become operational in that heart, which has been made alive to God. This is spiritual life. 

The effectual and personal workings of the Spirit within us to help God’s people align consciously, willingly and wholly with God’s Will and Word.

Blessed be the Name of the LORD our God.

DESTROY THIS TEMPLE

  "Destroy this sanctuary, and in three days I will raise it up."   The words of the Lord Jesus to the dangerous and conniving religious leaders of His day who sought to kill Him and thus to silence the Truth of Yahweh (YHWH). He said this in reply to their demand for a miraculous sign in query of the authority He had to chase the money changers and merchandise sellers from the Temple just after He had cleared the Temple of these economic profiteering activities in the (falsely) religious space.  This same Christ who is the Truth gave His Word and Spirit of Truth to His Apostles who, as He had done, also bore witness to the Truth even with their lives and passed the same Truth down to the Church, which is the Body of Christ, who is the Only Head of His One Body.
