MERCY!

 


I will tell of the Mercy of the Lord: Mercy in Salvation. 

How He forgave and overruled my sin, although I was sore burdened by it, sorrowful and grieved at the memory of it; yet He obliterated it.

I deserved to be judged but the Lord showed me Mercy. He chose to forgive my sin. 

The God of my salvation counted me righteous and blameless before Him, and passed over His judgment on me because of the shed blood of His sinless Lamb who died in my stead (place). 

It pleased the Father to do this: to save me from His Righteous Wrath and Justice. 

To redeem and reconcile me back to Himself.

Salvation belongs to the LORD. 

It is the work of God.

It is to the praise of the Glory of His Grace.

Hallelujah! To God be the glory.

WORSHIP!

  What is Worship? Worship is reverential adoration and devotion. It is the deeply embedded heart attitude and habitual practice of holding highest regard, giving supreme adulation, paying unparalleled homage, rendering foremost service or according topmost dedication to someone or something.  Human beings were designed to worship. This means, we are all naturally wired to be devoted to something or someone we reckon or perceive to be most grandiose or to be the greatest Thing or Being worthy of our keenest attention, truest affection, deepest love and highest loyalty. SCRIPTURE IS INERRANT AND SUFFICIENT

  The Holy Scripture is inerrant and sufficient. Inerrant simply means incapable of being wrong. Sufficient of course means enough or adequate. To deny the inerrancy of Scripture is to call into question and cast doubt on the God revealed in the Scripture, on Christ who died, rose and is coming back as Judge and King, and on man’s salvation from eternal damnation which is solely based on the Cross and Work of Christ, the Word of God.  Scripture is either true or the God of the Bible, who is the God of love and righteousness, mercy and justice, grace and truth, revealed by and in the Lord Jesus Christ as “Our Father who is in Heaven” is not real but a fable or figment of man's imagination.  The Bible is the absolute truth of God. Albeit misunderstood and misused by so many in the false profession and practice of Christian religion for inglorious purposes and transient benefits, the Bible is essentially about the Gospel of Christ, which is the power of God unto salvation to everyone
