SATAN CARES?

Intriguing topic, yes I know.

For a reason you will see soon.

As you noted, it’s a shortened question not a statement of fact.

So let’s start by asking it fully as a proper question: Does Satan care?

Does he care if he tells you to sleep a little longer when you wake up to pray? Does he care about your health?

Does he care if he reminds you of all your bills and pressing needs or quizzes you on why you want to give all of that tithe and offering? Does he care about your welfare?

Does he care if he suggests to you that you need to get down with someone you’re not married to because you need physical or emotional intimacy? Does he really care about your emotional health?

If he tells you to not forgive, or to not humble yourself and apologize, or to not give support of any kind that you are capable of, do you think he is protecting you, or helping you cultivate relationships, or doing you any good?

If he convinces you to fight, downgrade, abandon or destroy your relationship with your spouse or other significant people (or potentially valuable people) in your life, do you think he is helping you?

When he came to Eve with his unique proposition to make her “as wise as God” by stepping out of alignment with Divine order/instruction, subtly casting aspersions on the word and integrity of God, do you for a moment think his goal was to enhance her life and wellbeing?

Whenever he tempts you with seemingly appealing offerings of sorts, do you perceive him to be working in your best interests?

Does Satan care about you?

Why is he interested in your affairs?

What’s in it for him?

Does your advancement give him any advantage?

Does he have a track record of promoting those who pleased him?

Does he have a reputation of elevating those who worked for him?

Have you spiritually or scripturally evaluated him?

Have you psychologically profiled him and his push notifications in your life?

Have you ever perceived him walking up to you with a seemingly wise suggestion or seemingly kind gesture which you intuitively knew and practically tested to be a trap, bait or pitfall?

This obviously speaks to your spiritual perception.

Remember the words of the Master:

Watch and pray, lest you fall into temptation.

The temptation to misjudge a situation (or person) and thus fall prey to a suboptimal, negative and harmful approach and outcome.

So let’s end this short piece by asking the proper question again, now in its full form:

Does Satan truly care about anyone and has he ever genuinely cared about the progress of humanity?

Does he love mankind?

Let this insight teach you a deeper truth.

And let this truth guide you.

Selah and peace.
