WHICH WAY NIGERIA?

 

Which way Nigeria?

It is political change or is it religious belief?

Is it your “financial seed” given in your religious circles to provoke so-called “breakthroughs”?

Or is it good governance needed to turnaround the unfortunate fortunes of the poor masses?

Is it guesswork and trial by error seen in the false and blasphemous applications of the Blood of Jesus, the Name of Jesus and the Lord’s Table to solicit or stimulate socioeconomic uplifting?

Like men groping in darkness, yet making empty promises to fellow captives of same darkness.

It is a clear case of the blind leading the blind.

It has every sign and symptom of a classical case of large-scale cognitive dissonance.

So exactly what is it this time?

A nation in the throes of labor…birth pangs?

A brewing nationwide evolution of patriotism?

Another noisy trend powered by media frenzy?

A ray of socioeconomic hope for the citizenry?

In a nation deviled by poor governance, wrong leadership and bad management of resources, everyone agrees that a drastic step is needed to salvage it from looming destruction evidenced by the gross and growing insecurity, banditry, terrorism, looting, corruption, infrastructural deficits, injustice, intimidation, oppression, deception, desperation, and all forms of man’s inhumanity to man, the sheer wickedness of fallen humanity left to itself without knowledge of God, fear of God or the love of God; the laws of God not written within the hearts of men.

Any sane and sensible nation should organize themselves and their socioeconomic settings with factors of sustainable development and the millennium development goals enshrined in the Millennium Declaration of the United Nations. 

But for the hearts of fallen humanity to know or experience True Transformation, the hearts of stone must be changed BY GOD to hearts of flesh: from wickedness to tenderness. 

The True Gospel of Jesus Christ, which is the power of God unto True Salvation, is the true and timeless ticket for total transformation. 

God’s solution to the problem of sin and death. 

God’s prescribed path out of darkness into light. 

(Darkness! The spirit ravaging the nations, both developed, developing and underdeveloped).

As for the puppeteers and profiteers of false godliness and false governance who use every opportunity for selfish benefits and material gain whilst controlling and deceiving vulnerable and gullible people, Christ - the King of kings - has an everlasting rod of iron reserved for them. 

NB: As for me, I’m just a simple mailman and mouthpiece to echo and elucidate what has been spoken and written in Holy Scriptures.

God’s Word is Full and Final Authority of Truth.

  What is Worship? Worship is reverential adoration and devotion. It is the deeply embedded heart attitude and habitual practice of holding highest regard, giving supreme adulation, paying unparalleled homage, rendering foremost service or according topmost dedication to someone or something.  Human beings were designed to worship. This means, we are all naturally wired to be devoted to something or someone we reckon or perceive to be most grandiose or to be the greatest Thing or Being worthy of our keenest attention, truest affection, deepest love and highest loyalty. SCRIPTURE IS INERRANT AND SUFFICIENT

  The Holy Scripture is inerrant and sufficient. Inerrant simply means incapable of being wrong. Sufficient of course means enough or adequate. To deny the inerrancy of Scripture is to call into question and cast doubt on the God revealed in the Scripture, on Christ who died, rose and is coming back as Judge and King, and on man’s salvation from eternal damnation which is solely based on the Cross and Work of Christ, the Word of God.  Scripture is either true or the God of the Bible, who is the God of love and righteousness, mercy and justice, grace and truth, revealed by and in the Lord Jesus Christ as “Our Father who is in Heaven” is not real but a fable or figment of man's imagination.  The Bible is the absolute truth of God. Albeit misunderstood and misused by so many in the false profession and practice of Christian religion for inglorious purposes and transient benefits, the Bible is essentially about the Gospel of Christ, which is the power of God unto salvation to everyone
